When you play Panelão, certain information is collected automatically by the App and the third-party services it relies on, including:

• Device information (device model, operating system and version, language, screen resolution, unique device and advertising identifiers)
• IP address and approximate location derived from it (country/region level)
• App usage and gameplay data (sessions, levels played, in-game progress, crashes, performance diagnostics)
• Advertising interaction data (ads shown, viewed, or clicked)

1.2 Purchase Information

If you make an in-app purchase, the transaction is processed by the app store you downloaded Panelão from (Google Play or the Apple App Store). We receive confirmation that a purchase occurred, the product purchased, and a transaction identifier — we do not collect or store your payment card details; those are handled entirely by the app store's payment system.

1.3 Information You Provide

Panelão does not require you to create an account or submit personal details such as your name, email address, or phone number to play. If you contact us directly (for example, by email for support), we will collect whatever information you choose to share in that message.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To operate, maintain, and improve the App and its features
• To display and measure the performance of in-app advertising
• To process in-app purchases
• To understand how players use the App, through aggregated and anonymized analytics
• To diagnose technical issues and fix bugs (crash reporting)
• To respond to support requests you send us

3. Advertising

Panelão displays in-app advertisements served through Unity Ads (Unity LevelPlay), a service provided by Unity Technologies. Unity Ads may use advertising identifiers and device information to select, deliver, and measure ads, and may work with additional third-party ad networks through mediation to do so. Ads shown are not directed at children and are not personalized to users the App believes to be children.

4. Analytics

We use Unity Analytics, part of Unity Gaming Services, to collect aggregated, non-identifying information about how players interact with Panelão — such as session length, levels completed, and general engagement — so we can understand what's working and improve the Game over time. This data is used in aggregate and is not used to build an individual profile of you for purposes outside the App.

6. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

• With the third-party service providers listed above, to the extent necessary for them to perform their function (serving ads, processing purchases, measuring analytics)

• To protect the rights, property, or safety of Deviant S.R.L., our players, or the public
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case data may be transferred as part of that transaction

7. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by our third-party service providers' own retention practices and applicable law. Aggregated analytics data may be retained longer since it no longer identifies an individual player.

8. Data Security

We rely on the security measures implemented by our third-party service providers (Unity Technologies, Google, Apple) to protect information processed through their platforms. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

Panelão is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. 10. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding the information collected about you, including the right to:

• Opt out of personalized advertising, using your device's ad-tracking settings (e.g. "Limit Ad Tracking" on iOS, "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android)

11. International Data Transfers

Panelão is played globally, and the third-party services we use may process and store information in countries other than your own, including the United States and other jurisdictions where those providers operate. By using the App, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in such countries, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.
